Welcome to our school website and thank you for taking the time to explore all the initiatives and activities that take place in St. Joseph's National School, Mulhussey. We hope our website provides you with the opportunity to learn about our school and the wonderful work that takes place here. 

Our school is an inclusive and friendly learning environment, which prides itself on creating a positive environment for all the students in the school. We have wonderful staff in the school with a highly commendable work ethic, who are committed and dedicated to our pupils. Our staff work collaboratively towards ensuring high quality teaching and learning for our pupils. It is a privilege to be part of your child's individual journey through the primary school years.

I am extremely proud of the fantastic achievements of our pupils who continuously display enthusiasm for school and learning. Each child’s individual talents are valued, nurtured and promoted here at the school.

We are committed to inclusion and diversity and celebrate each child’s individuality. We value the partnerships between home, school and the wider school community. I would like to thank our parent body for their continued support and our extremely active Parents Association who support the school in so many ways. Without your support we would not be able to provide a range of extra curricular activities and resources for out pupils. Our pupils’ strong support from home for teaching and learning has a positive effect on pupil attainment and on pupil’s attitude towards learning.
