Congratulations to David O'Sullivan, Eric Mc Evoy, Darragh Brazil, Thomas Donnelly, Emily Brannick, Freya McNulty and Abby Lynam, who made their First Holy Communion on Saturday 24th May.
The children were very busy over the past few weeks preparing for their Holy Communion. They were very excited and nervous to make their First Holy Communion. They learned to sing 'Light of the World', which they sang in front of the congregation, and it included their own actions. A beautiful ending to the mass.
We cannot forget about about the parents and Fr Declan, and they help and support they have provided for the children in the lead up to their Holy Communion also. The children did themselves and their families proud on Saturday.
Thank you also to the beautiful singing from the choir which was made up of children from 3rd to 6th class. They brought an extra special element to our Holy Communion.
