Football Update
26th Sep 2025
The girls team have continued their winning ways and secured an away win yesterday against tough opposition in Moylagh. A real team ethic is brewing within the group and huge determination was needed to secure the win. Huge credit to all the girls and their Blackhall Gaels coaches.
That win now makes it three wins out of three so far this year and the focus now turns to next Thursday against Ballinacree in Ballinacree at 12.30pm.
The boys team won their third match also this week and that win now secures a semi final berth. This fixture will not be released for a few weeks until other groups are complete, but again, a real bond is growing within the group and every single player has contributed so much to the effort and all should be very proud of their performances.
Continued thanks to the parents who assist on match days, Kilcloon Pitch Co-Ordinators and Blackhall Gaels and Moynalvey underage coaches.
