Mulhussey girls football team won the football final after 22 years. Guided, mentored and trained by the very dedicated Mr. Buckley the girls gave a show stopping performance in Trim to beat Kilskyre in the final. On Friday, Shauna Ennis came to the school to present the team with their medals. She praised and encouraged them and told them how important it is to play for a team and to keep up their training. Mr. Buckley spoke about each of the players and how their hard work and determination had got them to the final. With a thrilling 9 goals in the final, it was a pleasure for spectators. Well done and congratulations girls, we are all so proud of you. You've made Mulhussey history!
