On Thursday, the 15th of May, the Camogie team played Dangan at a sun-kissed Kilcoon in our third game of the summer league.
Not perturbed by a strong Dangan start, our girls performed excellently in the first half and scored two outstanding team goals. The girls performed admirably and showed plenty courage and determination to get back into the game.
The second half, a stronger Dangan team gained the ascendancy and ran out winners in the end.
Thus concludes our participation, but the school would like to thank those parents who helped out after school with training, Michael Mullally in Blackhall Gaels who is always so accommodating with pitch requests and Ann, our secretary who books these events for us.
Well done girls and ye can be proud of your efforts as always.
