Today Emily returned for our forest school lesson which was all about birds. We pretended to be birds, listened to birds around us, watched for birds and everyone made a bird feeder for school or home. We used willow, twine, fat, seeds, feathers, copper and some pupils used flowers from our garden to decorate them too. We were amazed to see more birds flying overhead as we were getting ready to leave, ready to taste their new feeders! Thank you Emily for this lovely lesson with nature.
